Hi I paid 15500 for Central license and they said not possible to do this license and suggested me to take basic Food license. I'm following for 15 days for my refund of 10000. No one is answering my calls or responding....

Worst experience ever by the company name Legaldocs...I have paid to get the services i.e. Gst registration and its filling on 29th November 2021 but after multiple followup and more than 2.5 months got to know that they won't be able to do it and still waiting for the refund.
And the behaviour by the staff is also unacceptable, After reminding her to do my work, rude reply over call as she has only work and we free for whole day and...

We have make payment to https://legaldocs.co.in/ for fassi registration now it's 5 month we haven't received anything

When we are asking for status they people say we have done from our end

Few day back legaldocs team say why not u go for state licence you need to pay ... Amount when I ask for refund they told it's not our policy

Now the are not receiveing phone nor replying on whatsapp...
