Libra Mattress Complaints & Reviews

Hi Sir,

we purchased matresses from Nagpal Handlooms Ranibagh and they ensured us that under warranty these will get changed if anything happens to them. Now when we register complaint to change the mattresses they are not picking the phone. Also their behaviour is very rude. They are making excuses in stead of taking right steps.

Also Nagpal Handloom owner is not supporting us in the case. Please help...

I bought 2 Libra MMM5 Mattress 35X72X6 on 17.2.2022 from New Ganga Handloom, Vijay Chowk, Laxminagar, Delhi-110092.
After some time, I got sagging problem in mattresses.
I complained to shop owner and to customer care in October 2022. After 15-20 days, one person Mr. Pramod from Libra came to my home.
He checked mattress problem, verified mattress guarantee card/bill and was OK with all.

Purchased mattress of long size but th dealer has refused to exchange the same. Dealer m/s grihshobha furnishing at sigra varanasi on 13.08.2018. But even before one week they are saying that they will not replace the same.
These people dont understand that a family having bed of smaller size can't afford mattress purchasing many times. Kindly replace our mattress a it is of no use to us...

Purchased libra orthopaedic mattres with 11 years guarantee on 02/05/2009 from Harsh Handloom Allahabad -211003.complain made online at email id [protected]@libramattres.com many times.the above mattress sat down in centre .the company promises to replace the mattress with a brand new mattress after charging the differntial amount .i am agree to pay this amount....

Purchased on 04 jun 16. Kept un used for 2 months, as i got shifted to new home at noida, sec 76, flat no - b-502. When used for a week, found that when we sit on it, holes are there, not coming up to normal position soon. Met with dealer then called up cc. Customer care lodged this vide no 706 on 03 dec 16, 10 days gone, none visited till date, again called up customer care...

I have purchased two Libra Chicago DX mattress on27.04.2013 from the dealer M/s Shrri Radha Govind furnishing opp. Minerva Cinema, Hotel Krishna Building, Outside Snaganeri gate Jaipur. TheDealer assured me at the time o[censored]rchase that these mattress are good for backace patient. but these are now damaged and there is an a pit in both mattress. Please change these....
