I am the existing client of LIC housing finance company limited.
My loan account no is[protected], total loan sanctioned is 12.00 Lac and total disburse amount till date is 10.0 Lac Total o/s as of today is 5.3 Lac.
Rate of interest on this disburse amount is: for first 3 years 10.7 fixed and then current floating rate. My fixed interest rate period ended on 01 Feb 2015.

Non Receipt of Loan even after complete Fees and Formalities

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Tara Chand applied for Property loan (housing Loan) on 25th Jul 2014 and did complete formalities within 5-6 days and i paid some amount after getting conformation message on 29th and 31st Jul about approval of my loan. i was continuously getting feedback regarding the loan from LIC Agent and he was continuously making me fool by telling me that you will get cheque after 2-3 days.
at the end on 29th Aug 2014...
