Material received today on 10th july, 2019, material not found as per specifications mentioned in advertisement.

I am rejecting and want to return the same.

I had ordered i10 earpods through this website and what i got in return was i7s tws product. When i opened the box there was only the portable box in which the earpods are kept and the earpods were never inside that box and even the portable box was broken. Few days ago i ordered these airpods after watching advertisements on instagram. I ordered it through lifecube india which was delivered by bluedart.com. There was no help guide to use the product provided to me, then i watched the tutorial on youtube and learned their how to use it. It was not charged when i opened the box then i charged it for 60 minutes and when i turned the airpods on only right one was working, left airpod was not showing...

I have ordered for i10 ear pods where as they have sent i7 which is a pathetic product. It’s a cheating with customers. Infact while ordering they have shown correct product but delivered wrong product.
Infact in the courier packet it’s written as i10 earpods and delivery boys does not allow to check the product before receiving.

I ordered for the above device online and confirmed as order no iep - 10561. I received the device on 11th jan 2019 and the device is not functioning despite i followed the operational instruction in the pamphlet. I referred my complaint to the supplier but no response.
