As of now I find no remedy. Yesterday two of your technicians visited @6PM and stayed up to 9PM could do nothing in bringing solution for my complaint, they promised that today by 10 0’Clock they will visit with their senior and sort out the problem. As of now no one turned back.
At 11AM I spoke to your customer care, to one Mr.Vijay and he had only one answer that is, he will call...
