I worked with Lilliput Kidswear Ltd. for a texture of six months. Where every month my PF was getting deducted from my account but till the end they have not provided the PF number, neither they have paid the salary for the last month at the time of leaving the job, whereas there is no notice period mentioned for a staff who is under prohibition period in the offer letter provided to me.

i'm sathish kumar from chennai.i worked for lilliput kidswear ltd for the past 1 1/2 years i resigned my job on last 01/09/2008.i sent my pf claim form on last december 24 th in the name of mr.pradhan(lilliput kidswear ltd).new delhi his number phone:[protected].mobile:[protected].till now i havent received my pf sir.there is no proper response from the company.if i caldup the company they r not picking up...

My PF refund application form was submitted on the month june through Lilliput Kidswear Ltd, Delhi Till date refund is not credited to my account.
Pls let me know when it will be credited.
