Haryana Government has chosen a hopeless company for providing High Securities car number plates and color code stickers.
This is a hopeless company. I had appointment for today at 10 am but even after 3 hours of wait at the centre, I was told that my color sticker had not come
This is cheating ! I wasted my time

Due to not showing receipt, I have done Payment four times wrongly for my High Security plate of Car No HR12R1877 (owner-Jitender Kr Aggarwal) from my debit card in your account .Kindly refund my amt as I haven't received any order no. I am attaching my payment receipts

I have applied for car no. HR26CX8794 and paid Rs.149.53 today (28th Dec'20) for sticker charges and got an acknowledgement for payment. But through scanner, the order no. is DLDLHSRP[protected]. With this no. i tried to view and track history, but site shows invalid order no. and nor i could able to cancel this due to the number which i put it doesn't takes for cancellation.

Kindly refund this amount or else provide...
