Issues in quality and after sales service
I had purchased furniture from Linus for my new house in Hyde Park Thane. Invoice number 164.
I want to bring to your notice that when my furniture was delivered to me the person Mr. Sachin, with whom I was coordinating and with whom all my discussions happened went absconding in between. Linus management didn't bothered to appoint a new person in absence.Due to this, no one from Linus came to check if the furniture delivered and installed...

we booked bed & loaff door from Linus Furniture dombivli. Also given 20k advance. Now one month over they not given delivery & never called for same. We only followup . Please suggest what we do....

Linus Dombivli;
They are very bad in keeping the commitments, no doubt the quality of work is good but they failed in keeping the commitments towards delivery date.
We booked the furniture for Diwali occasion but unfortunately didn’t deliver on time; they said on 2nd Nov 10 at 11.30 am our furniture will get delivered but after long follow-up it got delivered at 11.30 pm partially. They were supposed to come for assembling...
