As mentioned in the subject matter, I would like to lodge a complaint towards the above Company who are developers of Lodha Bellissimo Project at Mahalaxmi Mumbai. I had booked 2 apartments in the B tower of the said buildings on 40th & 41st floors Flat Nos. 4001 & 4101. and the agreement was executed on 29th June 2009. As per the agreement the possession of the flat was to be given by March 2010. In case of delay...
