Hi Sir, I am Rajkumar Agrawal and i booked flat in Lodha CARA Rio situated at Dombavali on 02/09/2012, and given booking amount 45000/- to lodha developer. But after some days i found i was unable to arranged remaining amount. So that i said to Lodha i want to cancel flat so please refund my booking amount. I have booked a flat in Casa bella gold magnifica B wing and after they recieve payment upto 3rd floor they say would not be able to construct the building due to contours of the land. Even the agreement is being made between me and them.
