Few days ago, they printed a news on the marathi newspaper that the isro has arranged a programme named yuvika this year so that the students would get a chance to meet the isro authority and discuss about new programmes and research. I searches on https://www.isro.gov.in/ and many more websites such as facebook, twitter and the fact is there is no form for registration in that programme. I was deeply upset that that i can't enroll myself...
