This is to inform you that my wife used the above mentioned cream of your company bearing batch number b525786c, mfd date 30.10.2018, expiry date 29.09.2021on 25th april 2019

Due to the same cream she is facing extreme allergy on her face with rashes, burn, and swelling since the use of the same.

I have contacted the loreal india, for the same, but they have refused to take necessary actions, against the product...

My wife visited Manisha ladies emporium, Motinagar, Hyderabad, 500016 to purchase loreal skin perfect 20+ but instead of providing the product they started commenting on my wife's age. We were shocked on their behaviour and when I asked them what they are doing they just replied back stating that they are just suggesting on customer getting right product. I mean do we have to produce birth certificate to buy your products. Being a loyal customer...
