jet airlines cheated me by gifting a watch under scratch and win offer claiming it 2 b a louis quartz product wrth 4000 rs.well d watch lost its shine and polish within no time... does louis quartz sell such bad product at 4000 rs or the airline has cheated me??????????? on top of it i gifted it to my brand concious hubby who never leaves a chance 2 make fun of me ; (...

i had orders three sets of louis watch . but after one month its polish gets removed. i complaint this to ava, every time they give new complaint no . i insist to talk to their team leader mrs. ekta but she is not coming on phone. it menas that there is no value of ours money. ava customer care representive talks very rudely he has no responsibility. i want my money refund other wise i lodge a case on ava....

I also fully agree with this complaint. Actully we have to stop this type of skim which makes the people fool. I also purchased the same Louis Watch and after one day it couldn't work properly. It was working unexpected, My second hand was jumping directly from 8 no. to 9 no. without compliting 5 second interval. So definately this type of skim in flight also shuld be stopped. I travelled 5 to 6 times into jetlite...

The louis Quartz product code o001 (AVA Merchandising) received by me is a duplicate product.
There is no serial no. or a warranty card available for the same.
Brief : Had received a Sodexo gift voucher of Rs1000. There was scratch & win offer from AVA Merchandising in the same. The louis Quartz as mentioned in the scratch card was ordered by me in last week of October 2008 after paying Rs 500 from credit card as delivery...

I had traveled by jetlite (ahm- goa & back) on 12th Nov, 08. I got a scratch coupon in which i had won a Louis quartz watch. When inquired the authorities said that it is a genuine piece and not a fake. I paid a sum of Rs. 1000 ( got 2 watches) in order to get these watches. However later on when i enquired bout the watch, they turned out to be fake. I feel so cheated now.

In Sep'2008, I baught a Travel Bag from AVA Mercandising and along with that I got a Louis Quartz as a gift worth Rs.3990/-(as shown in their handout) from AVA Mercandising Comapny, I have not received and guarantee card or the model number or any product info. I found the product duplicate, Please suggest me what kind of action I can take against the company? I think we should all come together and complain against the company....

I won the watch as a Scrath card winner on a Jetlite filght (flight no 236 departure time of around 8:30 pm) from Banglore to Delhi on 10/10/08 and paid 500Rs for it. When I scratched on that particular ticket is showed that I have won a Louis Quartz which is worth Rs.3, 999/-. I have received the Louis Quartz watch from AVA merchandising through Jetlite offer. But it doesn't have any serial number. The international guarantee card is blank with no details of the seller or the product. Think it is duplicate and Jetlite/AVA has cheated me. The payment of Rs. 500/- was made through ICICI Bank Credit Cards. AVA and Jetlite should be sued for this....

During my journey from Kochi to Hyderabad on 22nd Aug `08 by jetlite, i was told that i had won a prize of a watch which cost Rs 3, 900 in market but with a condition that i need to pay Rs 500 as their service charge. Now after couple of day i realized that i was cheated. The watch has got a guarantee card with no details of its model number, date of purchase etc.

I got Louis watch through my citi bank credit card offer from AVA Merchandising Company of New Delhi on April 7, 2008. They have charged 490 Rs against this. But when i opened it, there is not any single document enclosed with it, there is no description of this watch like its gurantee period, its service centers also there is not any serial no on the watch. And now I come to know that the battery is also duplicate...
