L&T sold flats by showing road and park as part of the 34 acre project. This had lot of lung space and place for childern to play. Only later residents realized that 12 acre of this is relinquished by L&T to BDA.

L&T South City Complex which was developed by the reputed (????) Larsen and Toubro Limited. In Sale deed and Project Plan L&T shown 34 acres of land . BBMP says L&t has relinquished 12 acres along with the road. where is the undivided share of 34 acres which is mentioned in registered sale deed, L&T has completly cheated us and doesn't have any corporate ethics....

I am a resident of L&T South City on Bannerghatta Road. L&T South city maintains our apartment complex.
1) About 2 months back L&T created two deep huge pits by digging up lawns near the B6-B5 blocks and B2 block of our apartment complex. The dirty mud from these pits have been just left around it creating huge dirty mud mounds and also rain water has collected in the pit from the rain over the past couple of months....

Compound wall demolition and deployment of police force

I am an owner of a flat in L&T South City apartment complex. On Friday, June 9th 2011 groups that appeared to be from L&T,and BBMP came with massive police force in a peaceful apartment complex and broke down our compound wall and gates without our permission. They have forcibly acquired 12 acres of our 34 acre apartment complex and made it public. Our sale deed as per my purchase in 2005 clearly states 34 acres of L&T South City...

As per the sale deed signed by L&T ECC favoring me (Arun Panayappan), I am entitled to a share in the land of the apartment complex which included 34 acres. Without my knowledge L&T ECC has agreed with BBMP to relinquish 12 acres of the 34 acres. So,unlike stated in my agreement registered, I am now not eligible for a share in all of the 34 acres.
I request you to take action so that the fraud committed by Larsen & Tubro...
