My internet speed is supposed to be 100 Mbps. I paid for the 100Mbps unlimited plan; I am getting 2.34 Mbps download and 0.62 Mbps upload speed. I cannot even watch 240p video without buffering. This issue happens many time. I suspect they throttle down speed to compensate their inadequate network bandwidth....

My broadband account with user id "biswanath" has been suspended without any notice held with Mach1 Broadband since 10th Jan, 16. After contacting your helpdesk it says payment issue. But no bills is pending from my side as this is just my 1st month.
My question is, how can they suspend or terminate my connection without any notice?...
