The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Bus breakdown

I boarded a M21G(TN 22 N 8401) today( 04.12.2009) at around 1715hrs at the CLRI bus stop. The bus was destined for Nanganallur. I bought a ticket for Nanganallur (Rs. 8.00). Before the bus could reach Guindy, one of the tyres got punctured and the conductor informed that the bus would go only till Kathipera junction(between Guindy and Nanganallur). When I asked him to change my ticket to a Guindy ticket(Rs. 3.00), he in return, asked me to...

block at the portal

Im a resident of palavakkam working at teynampet. Daily i have to come to thiruvanmiyur to take a bus to teynampet (23C or 29L). The thiruvanmiyur bus terminus has only one entrance both for the busses leaving the terminus and the busses entering the terminus. This creates a lot of problem in clearing the busses at the portal, as most of the time the busses going out spend a long time without moving out quickly. Due to this, the bus at the...
