Three complaints have been lodged by me with Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd., Mumbai this week for my landline phone which becomes dead very often. During September-2012 and October-2012, some telephone lines of MTNL were dead for 28 days, the reason being given was cable default at their end and no permission being granted by Bombay Municipal Corporation to dig road for repairs.
