not satisfied with dealer prem motors

i have purchased new duro mahindra from the dealer prem motors pinjore i met the accident i have replace some parts but he supplied me a scratchable part is(front cover) he told me that he changed with new one.but he did not bother about 8 months he asking & ignoring me he did not gave me any type of slipregarding my duro parts, so please take an strong action against dealer as soon as possible....

I am one of the customer who has bought Mahindra Duro vehicle(TN 18-V-4644) 3 months back. I am very very unhappy with the Mileage of the vehicle. While purchase the vehicle, the dealer told the mileage would be around 50-55 KMPL. But my vehicle gives only around 24-27 KMPL in case of local and around 30 KMPL in case of long drive(highways). I am very very unhappy with the mileage of the vehicle.

Mahindra Duro - lowest mileage <30 as against 57 claimed by company

We had purchased mahindra Duro and from day 1 it consumes more petrol then it's peers. Company claimed by ads that the bike give 57 KMPL average. Well, i drive this bike every day for an average 40 KM (on highway at constant 40-50 kmph speed and i had to spend daily 100 rupees i.e. 1.3 litre to sustain this distance. A mileage of <30 KMPL

This is clear cut cheating by the company and should be penalised.

cracks developing in side panels below seat

Dear Sir,
I Purchased Mahindra Duro last year in the month of November. My RTO Reg. No. is MH 14 DD 7595. there are certain CRACKS DEVELOPED near the Rear handle fitted to main body of scooter. i.e. side panels developed cracks at rear side.
No accidents or any brushing or any kind of damages to the vehicle. Showed this damages to the Lonavala Service Center.

This vehicle is giving me a lot of maintainence issues.
Every 2 weeks i have to make a trip to mechanic and still the problems persist.
The average that i am getting is very low.
