Disgusting Car and Service

The mahindra logan has ensured i will never procure a mahindra product again. It has been the worst experience by far i have had for any product i have purchased let alone a car.

Problems with the car begin instantaneously.
1st month:-
The wipers and head lights stop working.
Cause: wire short circuit.
Cost to fix: 12000 (yes 12 thousand indian rupees) time to fix 2 weeks.

I was stucked in my logan far from my home due to some problem in fan belt and then came to know that there is some fault in alternator .I gave the car to sri durga auto delhi last week.But I am sorry That after so many messages ,mails, it has not been repaired with the reason that they have not recd. approval from the co. to cover under warranty period. poor interior

I had purchased my car (logan 1.6 petrol) on 21st jan 09. I am very upset with the quality of fiber used by the manufacturer of logan for its interior. Here is actually what happened. I park my car in the parking lot which is in open, now can anyone expect the daskbord gets CRACKED due to the summer heat!!

regarding A/C

i am have the Logan top model. before some days i am going to tour on Rajasthan by my car. there is the climate is very hot as we know. there is some problem accord in the a/c. when i go to service center then they are told the a/c compressor is out of work. so i am asked now what can i do. they told replaced it. i know why i car is under warranty and they asked for charge for it. that time i am in very hurry so i agree....

manufacturing defect

i brought a logan last year and from then i am facing this problem of tyre whare n tear in almost 20000kms all four of my tyres are almost finished on the outer sides this problem is with front tyres only i have rotated the tyres on 10000kms as they were very much teard but after runing my car 10000kms more the new tyres from back also got teard n was in the same conditon and worst of all to stop this i did allignments for about ten times...

Poor Service by MPL

I have purchased a Logan car (1.6 GLS model, 2007 make)
in January 2008 through MPL at Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai.
From the beginning the service was managed by their service
station at Virugambakkam.

Logan was my first car and so I didn't have much experience

Faults & Poor service by Mahindra

I purchased a mahindra Logan DLS last year which was delivered to me on 14th Feb 08.The car ran without any problems till June08 ( 4 months ) and started giving below mentioned problems:

1) Power windows getting jammed
2) Dash Board making Squirking noise
3) Door Latches making noise
4) Poor mileage
5) Engine Raising


Problem no 1 to 4 were resolved for time being and kept...

customer service is an absolute Zero here.

This is my first service, and already, it has been very very dissapointing. The bare minimum of washing the car and cleaning the inetriors were NOT EVEN TRIED, forget done.!! I am sure a company trying to scale up on J.D. Power has enough water in stock to wash the cars!!!.. but havn't put in any effort for customer satisfaction.

As expected, I got a call from the service desk post service, asking me if I was satisfied,...
