Dear sir,

I purchased new mahindra Scorpio vlx model in march 2011 from G3 Motors. Before the first service my car was stopped on the way, after the too much efforts my driver start it. After the first service there is a problem in window glass. Its not open. I went to service station again and repaired it but same things happen again. I dant know why this happen again and again with new car. They are not giving me the reason but just repair and return me.

I feel there is a problem in the wiring of the car.Please let me know what to do. Every time i am not able to go for repairing with new car.

If the dealer didnt responds u send request letter with ur bills, previous service records r bill copy to direct manufacturer they responding to u r they take good action through the dealer
HI,

My problem raised again. The same front door glass not opening. I am not able to believe in six month of purchasing the car i repaired it 4 times. and still the problem is there.

I purchased a new car but i feel i got second hand car from Mahindra. Let me know what to do., because every month i am not able to go and repair it. I want a permanent solution from the company. I will not send my car to G3 Motors service station because i repaired it three times from there and after every 2 months same problem is raise with same glass.

Now i want Mahindra to interfer it get it resolved for me, or replace it and provide me one time solution.

Appreciate your quick response on the same.

    I OWN A MAHINDRA SCORPIO VLX, WHICH WAS SENT TO KONCEPT MAHINDRA SECTOR- 2 NOIDA(MAHINDRA CAR DEALER AND SERVICE STATION) ON 16TH OF MARCH DUE A PROBLEM OF IGNITION.
    FOR THE WHOLE 20 DAYS THE SUPERVISOR RESPOSIBLE FOR MY CAR TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM EVERY THIRD DAY THEY TOLD US A DIFFERNT STORY FIRST THEY TOLD US THE PROBLEM IS DUE THE ECU ( ELECTRONIC CONTROLL UNIT) THEY CHANGED IT THEN THEY TOLD US THAT THE PROBLEM IS IN THE NOZZLE THEN THEY TOLD US THAT THE PROBLEM IS IN THE TIMMING THEY KEPT ON CHANGING THE PARTS AND TODAY THEY TOLD US THAT THE PROBLEM IS IN THE CONNECTING ROD AND TILL DATE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND KEEP ON TELLING US THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO FIND OUT THE EXACT PROBLEM I THINK AFTER SOME TIME THEY WILL CHAGE ALLE THE PARTS BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM I HAVE REGITERED THE COMPLAINT TO MAHINDRA CUSTOMER CARE OFFICE TWICE BUT THEY ARE ALSO NOT GIVING AND RESPONSE .
    EVEN BEFOR E THIS INCIDENCE, AFTER THE LAST SERVICE OF MY CAR , WE SUFFERED A ENGINE HEATING PROBLEM ON THE SAME DAY WE GOT THE CAR BACK FROM SERVICE STATION AND THE PROBLEM WAS DURING SERVICE ONE OF THE MECHANIC IN THE SERVICE STATION FORGOT TO TIGHTUP THE HOSE PIPE DURING SERVICE .

    mahindra scorpio vlx — services are not good

    mahindra scorpio services are not up to the mark.
    It is one of the best vehicle i have ever seen and mahindra services cannot be matched with any other companies services, mahindra i one of the most customer centric company i have ever seen.

    spare not avaliable could be just like a spark only and i can happen with any company in whole world.
    mahindra response time is good. spare sometimes may not be available all the times as it can happen wid any company. overall their services level is quite good

I have not satisfied with there services and I want to complaint against your brand of Mahendrs at Consumer protection court and published this matter in media as well as news paper before that I want to communicates with your services head so pl conceder this request and send us email address and pl don't make call accepted services head (INDIA).

      I had bought a Scorpio VLX in June 2009. Chasis no 92F35171,Eng no HA94E17557 and registration no CH 04 K 0052. The vehicle has undergone three free services at SWAMI AUTOMOBILES, CHANDIGARH. Since the first service WATER/ MOSITURE is accumulating in the fog lights after washing or while driving through waterlogged roads or during rains and one of the light is not functional . The neccesity of fog lights during the past fortnight in North India needs no emphasis and is an inescapable requirement, the dealer on regular inquiry has being reterating the fog lights have not ben recieved from the manufacturer. May I request if a pair of fog lights be despatched to SWAMI AOTOMOBILES, CHANDIGARH for the vehicle and I also be intimated of the same.

      I am Deepak Ranjan Sahu, from Angul, Orissa booked a Scorpio spl edition vide receipt No. 165 in the date 16.04.10 at Utkal Automobile Ltd. Bhubaneswar. As the sales manager committed me that i will get the vehicle on 17th May but he was wrong. Still I have not got the vehicle, but now the sales manager says you will get that after 25th May.

      So it is only the waste of time . If I book a car for my continence and for the delay of the vehicle i am suffering, then why should I purchase the Vehicle. So this is the request letter for the Mahindra company to deliver my vehicle as soon as possible.

        I booked Scorpio vlx on August 13 and at the time of booking the dealer explained about features of the top end model showing the Brochure and DEMO CAR including that of Solar glass windshields for front/back and sides and as stated, all glasses were marked as "SOLAR". We even had a test drive on the same day prior to booking. At the time of booking the dealer promised deliver in one week.

        The brochure also indicated that Scorpio vlx comes with solar glasses.

        There has been a delayed delivery by the GMS Motors, atleast thrice, and finally delivered the car on 3rd Sep and no compensation for delayed delivery. Absolutely very very poor service by the dealer.

        To my surprise the car DID NOT HAVE SOLAR GLASSES except the front windsheild alone marked as "SOLAR" and all the remaining were not marked but marked with normal 43R...xxxx. The entire team at the dealership did not even aware of this change what is meant by SOLAR and their technical support team is still to respond to my query. How did the vehicle pass PDI no one in GMS knows??

        I had lodged a compliant with Mahindra helpline DOCKET REF HI03/0068 and checked with them again on 13th Sep. They promised to respond by 15th Sep.

        I would expect Mahindra to step-in and resolve this issue as they are not meeting the specifications promised as per their own Brochure. This is also a credibility issue as a top manufacturer.

          I have scorpio vlx which i had buyed from aurangabad MAHINDRA dealer tht is Ratnaprabha agency few months back may be around jan or feb.
          As my car scorpiovlx( mh 20 bc 2683) had and accident from the front side so the raditor, bonet and some other parts where damged and my insurance as aslo been cleared by the bank, but this people working at the workshop at ratnaprabha agencies in auranagabd, they are telling me tht they dont have tht parts and the company is also not providing them, and my car as been there in the workshop for more the 1 month laying open in the ground in dust. and they r not sure when the company will provide them with tht parts so they cant help me out and so my car would be lying there onlywith out any use .i am fed up with there management and i do aslo have one mahindra jeep, in future i wont just any of friends or relatives buy mahindra vechiles .
          Can u psl help me out as i am irritated with those people and i want wat my car back as soon as possible
