I am in bus to durg to jeypore right now of Manish travels.and not even a single staff helping about non working of air conditioner in bus .very disappointing . I have wasted my money .very bad experience .my number [protected].we are total 8 persons...

This bus service is from Rajkot to Pune. While boarding from Mumbai on 14th Sept 22 for Rajkot it took 24 hrs to reach Rajkot reason there was some mechanical problem which bus was facing and due to this bus came late in Mumbai at 11.45pm in night its actual time is 7pm. Driver talked bad words with passengers. He engaged himself in debate with passengers and even warned them that he will throw them out of the bus in between the trip. He used Coercion against them, which is not at all acceptable. This was experienced during a trip from Bhusawal to Pune on 22/05/2022 which departed from Bhusawal at 8:00 PM. Ensure that the driver is punished for such behaviour....

On 16/1/2018 we booked mercedes ac semi seater bus 6 seats from bangalore to tirupati. The bus seats were very uncomfortable and the guide named hariprasad told all 50 bus passengers that he will get ladoo and give so that we don’t need to wait in queue for 2-3 hours. All passengers trusted him and agreed but we found the ladoos to be duplicate as it was too dry and i do not think that queue to avail prasad is that big as the guide exaggerated....

I travelled from guntur to bangalore with manish travels on 17-apr-2016.(Bus number : 2676 with karnataka registration)
In bus the water leakage through a/c pipe and the same information will be known to driver prior two days only and full of water in the bus.
