Dear sir,

This is to inform you that my land line no.[protected] is not working last more then 20 days. We have complained on your customer care so many times every time it gives message technical faculty and complain close after 2 to 3 days but problem not solved. So that we are not using any facility of bsnl. Kindly arrange to repair on urgently basis & resolve the complaint.

Yesterday I booked the easy cab, details are as follows: Booking id: A[protected] Dated: 21-Aug-2015 Origin: T3 terminal, Airport, Delhi Destination: Adarsh Nagar After completing the journey, I paid INR 750 to the chauffer but he did not provided me the bill & informed that easy cab does not give any manual bill, rather customer will get the bill on their email after completing the journey.
