Hi,
I have booked a flat in Marg Swarnabhoomi located in ECR on Dec 2011, but due to financial issues, we had to back out and cancel the booking. We made the cancellation request on Aug 2012 and they informed us that we will receive the refund in 3 months,deducting 25,000 rs from the total amount paid. My name is Shyamal Kumar Dass. I have submitted my Income Tax return fr the year 2009-10, in Chennai (ITO-salary ward- VI(2) on 31st July 2009 for an amount of Rs.65847/-(Sixty five thousand eight hundred forty seven only).
