I have booked a flat in Utsav Project during 2012 and entered in Leease Agreement on 01st Feb 2013. The first assur
ance was given was to handover the possession by June 2013 with assured rental of Rs.4000 per month will begin from July 2014. Nothing happend, when we started approaching them no proper reply, the personal who put pressure on us for registeration has left the company no responsible person were there to respond. I have booked a flat somewhere around October 2012.
I was promised that the flat will be handed over by December 2013.
I applied for a bank loan, who asked me to bring a "Release of Lien" from Marg since they have obtained a loan from their bankers, and without which they will not be able to release a loan for me.
Every time I asked Marg, they say that it will be ready within a bank and adds that their person is already there...

My sister and I had booked 2 flats in MargSwarnabhoomi Utsav project in July 2010.As she was not given a loan in the bank where Marg said they would tie up,we agreed to transfer the advance to my flat and consolidate both bookings in Sept 2011.
Each time Marg Swarnabhoomi promised to do the transfer in 3 months time.We personally met Mr Aravind and
Shobana in Jan 2012 and again in March 2012 and finally in June...
