Exchange of t-shirt

Out of date food

On Tuesday of this week I went into Marks and Spencer in Barnstable where I bought the meal for 2 for ten pounds. I bought the chicken and mustart pie, new potatoes, got a pud and wine. Poor fabric quality

Its really sad and frustrating to inform you about your product ...which i have purchased from Infinity 2 goregaon mall store few months back and hardly wore it also ...and its tearin a part and looking like a peace of dusting cloth. i am very old customer and member of M&S and first time i have seen this kind of poor quality and disappointed by your product ... handbag

I purchased a handbag for £48 last year, I have not keep the receipt did not think I would need it I could probably refer back thru my bank records but I feel I must complain about the handles they are all splitting, I could accept one but now three are and is only a matter of time before the 4th does. Product not upto the mark

I bought 3 tapered crop capries from the R city showroom.on washing the one which was Mauve in color the Capri has become discoloured and there are blotches everywhere.On presenting it to the manager Mr Rohan Barhate who was on duty in the store on the 8th of June, he said that the color of some other clothe has come over it during washing.I don't understand how mauve can come over mauve color.There was no such incident with the other two...

Price differences UK and Spain

I researched the UK website for dress which I liked. It cost 59pounds sterling. I was referred to Spanish website where the cost was 75 euros At the very best exchange rate it ought to have been less than 72 euros. I took this up with Spain who informed me that they are a separate company. I have been shopping online for many years with M and S but will just ignore them. poor quality t shirt

i had purchased two t shirts ( violet and green coloured ) from marks and spencer , kolkata. in the month of may, 2011.After just three washes, the t shirt has faded and has become discoloured... i simply cannot understand how can a reputed company manufacture such poor and sub standard quality garment and sell at a very high price.. as i did not retain the bill, i cannot approach the company but would surely request the company to improve...

rudeness of staff and not refunding

I purchased a pair of slippers in June 2009. I wore them for the first time on Sunday 17th January 2010, they were impossible to wear as they were twisted and uncomfortable.
