we have not yet received NOC certificate for our omni van no TN-09 1225 which has been purchased on date 26.12.97 in the name of a.kalavathy. car has been hp with escorts financial services ltd . without n.o.c we cant sell the car so we went to your office at egmore at the time we came to know your company has been shifted . so please issue the n.o.c as eariler as possible...
