Replace new clutch-It is very hard even after 6 months

Dear Sir,
I have replaced my clutch with a new one at Mandovi Motors, Wilson Garden, Bangalore-27 in Feb-2010. Till now the clutch is very hard and due to the same I am experiencing severe pain in my left leg. Till now atleast 3 times I have visited Wilson Garden service centre. Every time they will do some minor work and will promise me that it will be ok as the days go. But till date my clutch is not in normal useable...

This is regarding my car Maruti 800 Regn No. UP 17A-1631.I got the insurance done from MARUTI LMJ.JODHPUR Branch for the period MAY-08-09.
My car was accident from truck on 4 Feb-09 in Jodhpur. After that I am given my car at SHRI KRISHNA AUTO SALES PVT.LTD. & I told him about all the problems in the car & also give permission to paid service
