I purchased a new Maruti Alto K10 car from AVG Tiruvalla as exchanged with my old Maruti 800 under True Value. AVG arranged insurance for my new car with bajajallianz. My car met with an accident on June 3, 2012. The vehicle was taken to another Maruti work shop room- Sarati Tiruvalla. They completed the work, but my claim for insurance was not sanctioned by bajaj allianz surveyor saying that I need to produce the NCB certificate. The certificate was with the AVG who arranged my insurance. They searched for the certificate and it is still missing. The Oriental Ins company will not issue another certificate. They said if the bajajallianz asks them for a confirmation they can produce. Instead of doing that they are asking the customer to produce the certificate for sanctioning a claim.

MARUTI ALTO K10 — Registration not received

Sir,

We have puchased a new Maruti Alko K10 from Sky Automobile, Jagdalpur, Bastar. We have also paid for the Registration and insurance to the dealer. However the dealer has not given us the registration of the vehicle even after 2 months and when enquired about the same - initially he used to say he will given it soon. Now he says that as the tax was increased so we need to pay 1% amount of the vehivle price, wherein by the time we purchased the vehicle no such condition was mentioned. Also the dealer had delayed to book for our vehivle registration and in the mean time probably the tax got increase. Now when it was not our fault then why should we pay the access money ? Please help up to get the same ASAP.

    i had jast bought a car maruti alto k10 from stan autos jalandhar on 1mar2011. I bought the car on csd rate and the dealer said that i will get its bill within 2weeks. now it has been almost 3months and still there is no update regarding the bill and now the dealer is saying that it will take more time i.e. 1 to 2 months more to get its bill. i canot even take the car out of station without its bill now and cannot even drive it locally. the name of the sales person is mr samuel in stan autos maruti jalandhar. pls advice what to do now?

      Hi,
      I bought a Alto k10 a month back, and recently once when i tried to turn on the ignition to start the vehicle, i forgot to apply clutch as i am just learnt driving. ( the vehicle was on first gear and hand brake was on.) and when i turned the key to start the vehicle a big bang sound came from under the hood ( as if something exploded )... as i didn't know what to do as i am finding it uneasy to drive as this is my first vehicle ... i want to know what it was..? and from where sound came from...? will it effect the vehicle engine gear box etc...?

      मेरा नाम ब्रजेश श्रीवास्तव है मै बांदा में जी न्यूज़ का रिपोर्टर हूँ मैंने अपनी पत्नी प्रीती निगम के नाम से आठ महीने पहले my car kanpur के बांदा सेंटर से अल्टो k10 lxi कार खरीदी थी कार खरीदते समय कम्पनी ने इस कार का माइलेज २० किलोमीटर प्रति लीटर के आसपास बताया था लेकिन अब तक मेरी गाडी साढ़े आठ हजार किलो मीटर से ज्यादा चल चुकी है उसकी दो सर्विसिंग भी हो चुकी है लेकिन अभी तक इसका माइलेज १४-१५ बिना एसी में व एसी चलाने पर १२ से ज्यादा नहीं दे रही !ऐसे में कंपनी ने जो वादा किया उस पर खरी नहीं उतरी है !इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध है की आप मेरी गाडी को अच्छी तरह से चेक करवा क़र इसका एवरेज सही कराने की कृपा करें !अन्यथा की स्थिति में मुझे कम्प्लेन केस करने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ेगा !मारुती एक उत्कृष्ट वाहन निर्माता कंपनी है इसकी विश्वशनीयता पूरी दुनिया में है लेकिन अगर इस तरह से ग्राहकों के साथ धोखा होगा तो कैसे कोई मारुती की गाडिया खरीदेगा !इसलिए अतिशीघ्र इस समस्या का निदान करने की कृपा करें !
