bring your kind information i am airtel retailer in kunjathur kasaragod district.i was dated on 17th november 2008 wrong recharge to [protected], 100 rupees tx id[protected] same day i was complaint to AIRTEL customer care one representitive told with me your complaint accepted you contact with your distributer.
dated on 8TH JANUARY 2009 i was recived only 57 rupees the distrubuter told with me when u make wrong recharge 100 rs we will return only 57 rupees. i was surprisied (AIRTEL KASARAGOD DISTRICT KERALA STATE DISTRIBUTER)

    i would like inform you to day morning at 8.06 a.m i was call to kerala airtel customer care asking about little doubt in airtel recharges, one representitive answer my call and talking nonsence with me,again i was call to cusomer care 161 dialed then one person ask with me what u do i am not giving answer for u what u do do it ,He abused me in filthy language and threatened don’t call here ,i request with you Disciplinary actions shall be taken against the concerned representitive.
