i have wrote couple of mail and follow up with max new york insurance last 20 days, poor service, no one called me even in the name of customer service and not even revert to me both Axis and Max new york not provide the valid customer service. please find the tailed of mail which i have wrote to both axis and max newyork

Policy release without my knowledge or consent

Dear Sir,
Please help us.
Max New yor has issued a policy[protected] in my name without my knowledge or consent.
We now understand the policy was taken in my name by India Bulls along with a business loan (loan account number LIFSCCN[protected]. The loan which was for 3 years is even over now.
To our dismay we find India bulls has used one of the cheques submitted by us as security...
Please help us.
Max New yor has issued a policy[protected] in my name without my knowledge or consent.
We now understand the policy was taken in my name by India Bulls along with a business loan (loan account number LIFSCCN[protected]. The loan which was for 3 years is even over now.

I (Ravinder pal Singh) have enrolled in your Smart Steps plus (Premium coverage) on 29/Dec/2009, my Policy no=[protected], addres--A13a shiv vihar , chander vihar, nilothi ext. Nangloi-110041.
But now i m not able to continue with this policy due to some reason.So I kindly request you to cancel my Policy and Refund the sum of Rs25000.at earliest otherwise i have to take the action.
