I booked tickets for the Ayalan movie on 5th Feb 2024, for the 12:00 pm show at Mayajaal. However, upon reaching at 11:00 am, I was informed by a security guard, an older gentleman, that entry was only allowed at 11:45 am for the 12:00 pm show. The encounter was unpleasant, marked by his rude behavior.

I tried booking 2 tickets in mayajaal cinema in ECR for seats 11 and 12 for the nanban movie in mayajaal for about Rs. 280 and also for a food purchase of about 80 so totally 360 but at the end the amount got debited but the tickets didn't get booked.
