Disappointing Experience at Mayajaal

I booked tickets for the Ayalan movie on 5th Feb 2024, for the 12:00 pm show at Mayajaal. However, upon reaching at 11:00 am, I was informed by a security guard, an older gentleman, that entry was only allowed at 11:45 am for the 12:00 pm show. The encounter was unpleasant, marked by his rude behavior.

To add to the disappointment, there were no open places or an active food court downstairs. We had to wait for 45 minutes in...

Money debited from my account ticket not booked

I tried booking 2 tickets in mayajaal cinema in ECR for seats 11 and 12 for the nanban movie in mayajaal for about Rs. 280 and also for a food purchase of about 80 so totally 360 but at the end the amount got debited but the tickets didn't get booked. I tried calling their support no. 27472860/65 but they didn't pick the call. Tried to mail them still no response. Very poor service. Let me see if registering a...

improper online booking system

I had booked 3 tickets for a tami movie in the month of september 2009!!! the problem is that after i bookd the seats and done the payment, the next step was to look for the confirmation in the 'My Booking''box. It did not show any indication of the booking confirmation.
