SPEED IS VERY SLOW ALMOST NIL

I AM USING MBLAZE SINCE 18 MONTH.
I USUALLY PUT Rs 798 unlimited plan of 6 GB usage for 1 month.
MBLAZE IS 3.1MBPS SPEED BUT I NEVER SEE THAT. HIGHEST 250 KBPS OR MAY B 350 KBPS AVERAGE SPEED IS 90 KBPS-120 KBPS
BUT THE REAL PROBLEM START AFTER 6GB USAGE is over average speed come 2 kbps highest speed 20-40 kbps.
I have been noting down this speed since very begining when i buy this MBLAZE.
I cannot even...

No proper billing details

I am using Mblaze product of MTS. After looging into the selfcare.mtsindia.in website, i am facing a problem in getting my data usage balance. Also they are not mentioning the Data Usage for the whole month in the Monthly Bill. They are not having dedicated customer care. I asked the customer care for the solution 9-10 times via chatting and calling customer care. but they say they dont have any solution for that. Moreover they talk arrogently...

I have purchased the MBlaze([protected]). and due to some personal reason i have not recharged it for continue 3 months. now when i contacted to customer care then he said that your device is disconnected and you have to purchase the New device. Can any one explain me on this matter and where it is written in T&C that if you will not continue then your device will can not be used further. how can you cheat the customers...

Poor download & upload speed

I am residing at Chitlapakkam, Near Tambaram, Chennai, Tamilnadu. I purchased your data card MBLAZE and I was told that I will get 3.1 Mps speed. But I am very sorry to say, when I use it I will get speed of 0.27 kb on download and 0.14kb on upload. When I again contacted the dealer who sold this data card, he again assured it will get upto 3.1mb and minimum l.7mb. But I never got such speed in the begiing it self. Your data...

slow speed

i think i had made a mistake to bought this mts mblaze bcoz at the earlier days when i bought this it given a good downloading speed,but after that it become worst,and now today i recharge it with rs 999,but i m capable of only surfing,not downloading becoz speed is very very slow,i think mts is made a fool of me,mts said that we prove 3.1mbps,i think its a joke,and downloading speed is just 16kbps,plz help me,plz fast my speed otherwise...

Low Speed and Unlimited Plan Problem

I purchase Mblaze MTS wireless internet device which has no proper network and speed last month i recharged Rs999 Unlimited Plan for 30 Days but they disconnect my net before 8-10 days i do complaint customer care daily two-three times but did not solve my problem than i again recharge Rs.999 unlimited Plan 02/06/2011 now they did not giving me proper speed now showing 20-70kbps speed and can not using broadbond mode also....
