non refund of ticket of cancelled flight

i have booked ticket from MDLR via credit card for 19th of November 2009. The flight was cancelled But the same was not informed. When i called to mDLR call centre in November first week , as i have to book one more ticket for Delhi to Ranchi, i was informed that the flight is cancelled. I asked call centre executives that why the same was not informed, they replied that we have messaged all the passengers but i didnt receive any message...

Covered my whole journey from delhi to ranchi standing near the toilet

I travelled by MDLR airlines form Delhi to Ranchi on the 9th of June and covered the entire journey standing next to the toilet as because my seat 5F was dirty since someone had just vomited over there . It was not cleant properly by the airline staff and i simply refused to sit there . It was wet and was smelling awful, so I requested the crew members to arrange some other seat for me . But the flight was full so inreturn the airhostess...

delay and improper code of conduct on part of the staff

on a trip to ranchi, our scheduled MDLR airlines flight #172 on 18th june 2009 was supposed to depart on 1:30 pm. we had a spicejet flight from delhi scheduled to depart at 5.40 pm that very day. since morning i had been ocntacting both the airlines and delhi as well as ranchi airport. Not bothered about customer requirements

The mushrooming airlines business in India had also brought in another young adventurist entrepreneur by name Gopal Goyal with his MDLR Airlines along with a handfull of managers who never bothered about what is customer care, e, g, Mr. Pravin Bakshi, Head of Reservations, MDLR.
