On 5th May around 11:25 am one Uber car driver caused accident to my madam car by his rash driving at Erragadda Metro Station, Hyderabad. When we tried to catch him, he escaped from the scene. Next day we found his details and asked him to pay compensation, but he gave evasive reply instead of paying Compensation. Kindly serious action should be taken against the driver. The details of driver are:

I have apply the credit card last 3 weeks ago, still now we are not processing. We are tracking my application status in ICICI log in, but don't show any message for my application id.
