This complaint is regarding cheating, misbehaving, mentally harassment and threat given to us by cab driver name Shrikant at 15.06.2023, taxi (Dzire) 5599. I went to "mukesh medical store" on 60 feet road jankipuram extension, lucknow to buy galvusmet 50/500 and asked for 5 tablets but the chemist said that he would sell the entire packet not only 5. Then i went to the different medical store and asked for the same and he refused citing the same thing. Illegal Medical Store with no licence to Run it.

Azad Medical & General Store is illegal store with no licence to run it. The owner of this medical store is " Shabaz Allam and his brother Shariq ansari runs this shop. They both are not so educated much and they run this medical store with no license and also they don't have certificate.
