Dear Sir / Madame,

Please find enclosed response as given by MD India herewith against my insurance claim for which I would like to complaint as follows.

As per hospital discharge summary, they have cited that current illness is present since last 12 years and hence the rejection.

This is not accurate according to me for following reasons;

(1) In year 2002 I had a Pulmonary Tuberculosis....

NON SETTLEMENT OF MY CLAIM

I have taken mediclaim policy of United India Insurance Co. Ltd. through Indian Overseas Bank, St.Stephen Hospital Branch, Delhi

My wife hospitalised in April, 2008 (Policy was in force)
I requested to Cash Less treatment but the TPA-TTK refused
I submitted my claim with TTK but they have not setled my claim till date
neither acceptance nor rejection letter has been received...
