Order was out for delivery this morning. Received a ridiculous SMS at 3.36 pm stating "customer refused to give OTP". When I called and objected to this fraudulent msg, the rascal said "thik hai" and that the other would be delivered tomorrow. At 4.24 pm I received another msg stating "customer unavailable/not reachable".
Both are absolutely bull [censored]. Meesho must haul up the idiot and confirm. Otherwise, I am contemplating a defamation suit against Meesho, who will have to face the consequences for supporting such fraud delivery agents.

Today, I received a notification for an item pickup that I never received, indicating a serious lapse in communication and process.

The return request was initiated on 22/03/2024, and I have since returned the partial shipment that was received. It is perplexing and unacceptable that the issue remains unresolved after several attempts to clarify the situation with your representatives. The lack o[censored]nderstanding and action on your part is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on your customer service standards.

I expect a prompt correction of this error and confirmation of the refund to my account without any further delay or miscommunication. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide a definitive resolution.

I got wrong product I created return the day I got parcel my return git rejected 3 times in different two days.I talked to one of thier customer support team and he said he raised a query and I will get resolution by their seniors but I haven't got any solution yet.What I suppose to do now ??

Dtd 20/3/2024 I ordered some Jewelry sets from Meesho. The Messho cancel the order and then the vendor took my information send me 3 package and called to said that order cancelled by mistake. When I paid for the package it was fill with sands. Messho company is selling customer data to Fraudulent companies and these companies are doing scam with customer and Meesho is conveniently saying they will not help....

Meesho doesnt seem to PICK UP the item I raised a return request for!!

I raised a return request for order[protected] on the 9th March and your delivery person called me and I missed the call. I called him back immediately within 10 mins and he declined to pick up my return order.
I spoke to multiple people in customer care but nobody has been helpful. They only kept giving me reasons and asked me to wait for 3-4...

I have received the scratch card from the meesho from that I won 11, 50, 000 when I tried to claim that they are asking to pay 11, 500 cash first we said that to cut that amount and give remaining amount but they are not agreeing for that so I am thoughting that it was fake plz it's true then give the amount or else warn them strictly not to do that...
