    Dear Team,

    I am facing multiple issues with meritnation from the last 5 days . This is my worst experience with meritnation . All the issue mentioned below & Student Details also

    Name:Yash Gupta (Course 8th, 9th & 10th )
    For Your Reference Receipt attached for any other details you want.

    Major challenges facing after fee submission . I have paid full course fees in one go .

    1)No demo provided for how to use your portal & classesno SOP available.
    2)My Wife Shipra is trying to call Mr Jatin(Mentor) from the last 5 Days he is not responding on phones As well as on whatsApp chat also.
    3)No escalation matrix available on your portal .
    4)I want to change the schedule of Classes, not able to change the same & no body answer on that.
    5)No mail received for the day to evaluation, which is also not received .

    As per my overall experience of the last 5 days not fulfilling the expectations .

    Kindly confirm what the process to get the fee refund or i am not interested to continue with this course,

      The counselor who came my home made false statement while purchasing the pacakge and he dont give any demo and on thier site its competly written that first take demo and then purchase the package but he dont give any demo and i want to stop my bajaj loan also so please help me i am not able to study now and plz return my money when i call them they said that we dont have any return policy so please help me out

      I also have eye problem so doctor said that not to use phone more than half hour in a day

        I was contacted by your team comprising of mrs. Hemlata, mr. Shakir.
        My ward even refused to take demo class as he already had bad experience with meritnation in 2014..

        They continuously forced us to subscribe meritnation again by making several false promises.

        Then they tried to offer discount on your schemes by helping a aid from finance from bajaj finserv pvt ltd.

        The agent didn't even meet me a single time for explaining the terms and conditions and misguided me to process for e - mandate. No paper was get signed by me for the same. I was not also made aware of terms and conditions of the financer.

        The counsellor was making hurry by saying that we need to complete e-mandate in 5 mins which was also not true. I was not given any loan documents still now.

        Your counsellor, made a request to initiate the downpayment of rs 20, 000 but i refused to do so as my ward was not still satisfied with your service. They were again and again making different offers such as switching subscription to jee-iit and also offered to admit my younger son in meritnation,

        When i didn't make payment, your team made paid the downpayment which you can also confirm from your resources. A payment of rs 20, 000 was initiated through internet banking but i wasn't aware of this fact. I came to know this when called your customer care desk for cancellation of this subscribtion.

        So, it is evident that this is a cheating by your team. My ward wasn't intrested in your subscribtion right from the first day but they were not keen to understand this and still calling 10 times the day.

        I incquired from your customer care staff that they still didn't receive the financed money from bajaj finserv.
        In view of the above, you are requested to cancel the subscribtion and finance.

        Please look into the matter as it is a serious matter of cheating and misguidance by your staff.

        After seeing this, i damn sure to unsubscribe this package. Please do the need ful at the earliest. I shall ever be grateful to this act of your kindness.
        I can also produce call recordings for your reference also.

        They are not processing cancellation of subscription and finance though i haven't made any downpayment to them.

        I am also got trapped in meritnation policy. I purchased a course of RS. 34000 for PCM LIVE classes on 21 August 2020.The agents came to my house and made a false claims which I understand later after paying the amount. I haven't activated my account till now.
        I called several times to meritnation but didn't get any positive response.

        I will be very thankful if you please help me and tell me what I can do to get my money back from this fraud company.

        Did you got your refund or any resolution?

        If yes then please guide me what can I do against this fraud company.

        Waiting for your reply it would be a great help from your side.

          Meritnation is a set up to chaet parents and students...they don't give entire info...make you purchase their products and then you come to know that it's of no use...I purchased a doubts and chats subscription of 5000...while making the purchase no where it was mentioned about the level of doubts that can be asked...only while asking the doubts incapable staff mentions that it's only for 12th std level...these services of jee can be availed for a limited time for free from other online institutions...but look at these people during pandemic they resort to mislead people by providing false information and harrass students and parents...these aren't trustworthy...also with a amount of 5000 they are unable to give jee answers...shame on Meritnation...also their executives make false promises and give you false remedial means...take care of yourself donot purchase Meritnation services.

            Date of subscription & Incidence -17th June'20

            Incident: There representative "Shipla" called us & briefed about entire details of live sessions/study material etc. & eventually we enrolled our ward for live classes as new session. "Sandeep" from sales team was the one who shared us a link for payment (Almost at 9:30 PM) and was after our life to get the payment done in next 10 minutes else link will expire. We did it as we were ok with the inputs as shared by Shipa & Sandeep.
            While we got the active login, to our surprise it started from 18th Class (meaning session for three subjects & therefore almost ~26 hrs of online session was already done) now my ward was in 18th Day of class. Since that day we are asking them to either return the money or settle us in new session (live one).But neither Shilpa nor Sandeep are now accommodating us with a clear solution. When we approached their help line number regarding this issue, Instead we were asked if we have any recording of what Shilpa /Sandeep has promised to us. So after that we started having a recording of all conversations with Shilpa & Sandeep & have all evidence regarding the cheat & how they are now manipulating it. Moreover Shilpa even admitted "Madam mai to system me nayi hun to mujhe pata nahi tha " and "Sandeep" said "mera kaam to sales ka hai aur promise to shiplap ne kiya tha" and all that stuff.I am surprised how someone can even say this to a customer & how Meritnation hire people to play with money & time that too in education line?

            Yesterday had a word with their care team representative "Anshu" wherein she asked me provide all evidences to her so that she can look into the matter & resolve it. But after entire session of follow-ups & zero output I am afraid to share it with them because I don't think they will resolve it, instead they will just chuck-out Shipla & Sandeep & that is not what I want. All I want is either refund my entire money or allow me to join in new live session starting from day 1.

            I am not even sure if I will get any solution after explaining everything here, but sure that at least people will be aware about Meritnation's way of cheating people & unprofessional behaviour.

            I am also one of the target from this fraud company Merit nation and purchased a course of 34000 Rs.If you got your refund please help me regarding this issue.

              I purchase a package of 11000 french live class for my daughter saumaya rajvanshi... At the time of sale siddhant told me that u are eligible for french live class and other subject notes test all except live... Live class is only french... Other subject have material... Now i am unable to access any subject material... And customer care told me that is only for lockdown period

                Discussion in school chat are going very wrong. Students are use heated abusive language. No one discuss meaningful conversations. Yesterday my parents cross check this app after long discussion my family decided to complain. I hope you take this matter seriously and you solve this problem as soon as possible.

                  A sales person visited my place from merit nation. He convinced me for registration for their All Subject package for my son. He took the advance payment and taken documents to process the loan. I read about the company reviews and felt like cheated. The sales person made all false commitments and called him to not process the registration. He confirmed to stop Registration. He stopped picking my phone afterwards.

                  Requesting merit nation to not process my registration and loan documents.
                  Reg number is 36836 from Delhi office. I stay in Greater Noida.

                    Education is the medium by which you are cheating native people meritnation promised to send live classes but this is lie there is no live classes but a huge package of lie we are not so much rich to waste money in a un used thing and wastage please send my fund this is our humble request we are very frustrated and disturb by this this is so frustrating that what we do and we got very hurt on that day when we call to customer care number and they said that it was only for concepts which we can do in our tution as well as in our school please help us lndian consumer company you are our last hope
