I had booked meru cab for reaching airport on 13 aug. But the cab stranded me in between while it was raining. Apart from insulting behavior, my luggage got drenched and i was put under risk of missing flight. Also, i had to pay premium to a taxi to ensure i don't miss flight. I have been complaining to meru but there is no compensation for this harassing experience. Request your help here...

i booked a Meru Cab from Hyderabad Ref No. 26246782. I was travelling to station along with my Mother who is aged, 2 year daughter and my wife. I recieved an SMS with chauffer details and cab arrival time. There was no cab which arrived and i was told to wait for 45 minutes and there was no assistance or any kind of intention to help us. I want an appohlogy letter from MERU cabs or i am going to take this to customer care and spread about...

I had booked a Meru cab for 05th Dec sunday for my travel to International airport. As per their rules i had booked the same 24hrs prior the pick up time and the reference number[protected] was given to me and confirmed to me that the cab would reach you.
