My investment never returned to me...

Myself sandeep sharma and my relationship no.: 951154, and my plan is enhanced wa power single plan. I am complaint to one assist for my policy cancellation and refund me my amount rs. 1399/-. I am calling to [protected] in cancellation depatt. But he is not repond me.

This year plan amount rs. 1399/- deduct in my credit card without my permission. So, i request to please cancel of my plan and refund my amount.

I had invested Rs 1,33,100/- by way of cheque(No.910199) drawn on SBM dated 23/11/2009 with M/S Metro Cruise Limited registered office B-5,Ansal Chambers -II,Bhikaji cama Place,New Delhi- 110066 branch office: 302,3rd floor, Gold Tower,50,Residency road Banaglore.

I was a customer of Metro Cruise Limited for few months and suddenly they stopped their scheme business and went underground for more than a month. Later they came back with the idea of returning the hardearned money of all their customers, taking back all the relevant documents from the customers and handing us with post dated cheques and with a paper signed, that says it is all over with the company if the post dated...

I have contacted the Metro Cruise Limited settlw ement desk and they said they will settle the accounts within 15 days. I have couriered my investment documents to them. They will get back to me once the settlement checque is ready. This is what they have informed me. Just wait and watch. I am waiting for their call this week. If they fail to do so, and if in case I find it that they are cheating me, their life is in danger. I know money...

Dear Sir/Ms,
1. I invested Rs 1,30,400/- by way of Cheque No 804339 dated 22 Oct 09. As per the agreement signed on 23 Oct 09 (Membership No J-1171) the company was to pay me Rs 8998/- per month from[protected] to[protected]. The first two months i.e. Nov & Dec 09 their post dated cheques were cashed. The last cheque has bounced due to insufficient funds in their account. There is no response from their telephones.

I agree with the comments and the complaint against the firm. Even I have invested Rs. 1.30 lakh in this company. My cheque for this month (January 2010) got bounced. Today from the news channels, I could find out that the company has left the office at Somedutt tower at Bhikaji Cama Place and the office is locked.
