i have purchased bulk sms from Metro SMS Hyderabad .
I transferred money to this website by NEFT. Now he is not transfering my sms neither he is giving my money back.
Now, When i am searching i found that he has cheated a lot many people and he keeps changing his phone number.
His latest number is -[protected]
Is there any way to stop him from cheating people?
and also is there any way i can get my money back.
please help...
