SUB:VENDOR DOESN'T RESPOND TO THE CUSTOMER'S PROBLEMS

I PURCHASED A MOBILE(MICRO-MAX Q5FB) IN THE OCTOBER LAST YEAR, 40 DAYS BACK MY HAND SET'S CHARGER PIN WAS BROKEN. I WAS TOLD AT THE MICRO MAX AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER RAJAHMUNDRY, THAT THIS PROBLEM DOESN'T COME IN THE WARRANTY AND I HAD TO RECTIFY IT THERE ITSELF WITH MY OWN EXPENSES....

my opera mini is not downloading anything to my mobile .when i want to download anything in my mobile i go to songs downloading site and then i click on download option then comes a page of opera mini browser having two options save ,open then i select save option and then an error comes telling error fetching file. is this the problem of jsr-75 .second problem is that my wap browser is not playing videos .when i click over the play video...

my handset is not working properly and after many complaints i am not geting any response.
I am very upset with the kinds of services rendered by micromax,and i want strict action to be taken aganist the employees of micromax.
I will be highly oblidged to u i[censored] do the favour to me by renuing my phone....

I am selvaraj i bought micromax q5fb cell phone 3 month ago from poorvika mobile after 1 month i got a problem tracball not worked properly and i send to the service centre in erode they took time 20 days and i got the handset without trackball problem after 2days back i found another problem the audio player has not working song by song continusly i vexed and toller that but today i got a same problem trackball what can i do?who will solve...

I have bought an Micro max Q5fb mobile, its not working with air-tel Sim in Chennai. When i going out from Chennai that is outside Chennai its working properly. This complaint is only for air-tel network. The other networks are working properly. When i have asked about this fault in air-tel care center they said its only handset fault. My friend also having the same problem he is having Micro max Q1. Is there any way to make it work properly....

mobile is not working properly, i have already an one year warrenty and my dealer and
service center are not repaired my mobile so i am very angry with my mobile company.

That is way i had visit micromax Service Center Aurangabad paithan gate they took my mobile for 7 days
but could not solved problem.

I buy micromax Q5fb mobile before 2 weeks but some problems in handset
1. when I open the opera mini then on the screen come opera mini not exits.
2. when i open the write msg then on the screen come not available , and when open the inbox,drafts,sent msg,msg setting ,templats not open

Please send me what i do.
