I tried purchasing uc for 1949 rs and uc didnt credited to my account but money got deducted from my bank... It shows payment failed system is busy.. It is happening me for 3 to 4 times now.. This time it is 1949 rs... I disnt complained last time.. So if im not complaining dont loot money from me like this.. I need my money back... Why the hell if you guys are deducting money from my account if your system is busy...

I purchased 2x₹799 worth of pubg uc from https://www.midasbuy.com/in/pubgm/#getInfo using paytm. It said that the transaction failed and i didnt receive my orders but money from my paytm account was deducted. Their website does not have customer case so i cannot get in touch with them.
I have also made many previous purchases on this website which were all successful.
Please help me resolve my issue, thank you....
