1. Unethical support of aim hacks, first strike hacks by majority of the players. 3 years back, such ID's used to be promptly banned by Miniclip but not anymore.

2. People use all sorts of hacks to take in app purchases for free, which are supposed to be bought by fair players with prices ranging from 49/- to 10000/-.

Yesterday i bought golf battle pass of Rs. 389 and didn't get and my money is deducted from bank account please solve the issue asap....

I tried purchasing 8 ball pool pass by miniclip and also some other gifts, I tried three times, all the time money deducted but purchase failed, please help me resolve this issue, either make that purchase successful or return my money. I'll share the screen shot....

I Am Playing Ball Pool (miniclip) Game since 3-4 years ago, My Game Id is ([protected]) and i spend lot of money in this game. But now Miniclip has banned my account without any reason.
I have mailed to miniclip for unbanned my account but there is no favourable reply.
I am totally disappointed. Kindly take a legel action against miniclip.

Hi myself amit kothari i purchased two different items from 8ball pool game developed by miniclip, but both times money was deducted from account, but i did not get the purchased items when i contacted the miniclip they told that i made a purchase through the third party app, which is times of money and told me to contact you. So please do help to resolve my problem. I am sharing the screen shots of the purchases i made.
