please help me in this issue that i am a very unsatisfy cstomer of manashosting comapny who provides webhosting
i have purchased a reseller account from them with the term of 10GB webspace with 200 domain hosting with in amount of 8000 per annum and they suddenly reduced my 200 domain hosting package to 100 domain hosting package it doesnt effect me as i was only having 50-60 domain parking into it.
but suddenly...

I renewed my 1 domain package for my website www.floraofbankura.org. After payment was made in their SBI account, I informed them with payment details. They started the service and my site was on the web for the time being. However, the the invoice in my account in their website shows that the amount was unpaid. I informed about it but none replied. And now, my website is blocked for about 4 months. Service, for which I paid in full in advance,...

Manashosting provide worst service i ever taken form any hosting provider. They worth nothing. Neither their service nor their customer support....

They have deleted 2 of our website again and again .. if the ticket is raised they reply tht we have uploaded the virus so there updated anti virus has deleted the files . If a virus is uploaded the anti virus will deleted tht virus... as per my knowledge virus doesn't effect the html pages... they take it very lightly.. we pay 1000 of rupees for the desiging and they nicely delted it...

There should be some responsibility...

AS of today 20th Aug 2009 our host & its supporting directories been deleted by manashosting not less than 6 times.For the past 1.5 months it is 4 times.We are fed by uploading the files after they do this.Until now they are unable to give a proper reply.How cum customers can rely on them if the files started deleting.I feel so cruel.Send many times complaints but the deleting process keep on going.I also experienced...

I hosted two sites with this company, I also had a very bad experience, why they are running the company, not understand.

There is no escalation information to resolve the complaints, so just passing the time....

My website is offline and cannot see my emails
I have a domain and hosting service with Manashosting Bangalore since almost 2 years and 3 weeks ago my website went off from internet and since then could not check my emails and enter the control panel for my website.

I have taken a multiflatform reseller pack+dedicated IP in manashositng.(www.manashosting.com).. for that I have paid 10000+1000 INR. already 6days over.. still now no one site was hosted in my control panel. they are not giving as per appear on their website. all are trashes. for every operation we have to raise a query. ok its good... but they dont give reply. they bypass our query. means if we raise a query in billing dept.they will tell...

I hosting 10 Domain on manas server they are always down every time I have log of database server as well as website . I have all the bill details & log I want legal action againest manas ..Please provice me details how to go through ...I alredy disscuss with my lawyar......

Some law enforcing authority ... somebody in power please take action against Manas hosting... after seeing so many negative reviews about them around the net, how can they still be surviving... their service is so horrible and pathetic... their site is down most of the time, their lines are not active most of the time... it leaves ppl who have signed up with them helpless...

I think some governing body must take action and...

I am a reseller with manashosting. i initially got much help from them when i joined them, i trusted them with small sites they were ok. i did a mistake of trusting them with a mnc from gulf. they let me down so miserably. i had subscribed to a 3year package from them i took it in sept.2007. they have suspeneded my account saying i have not renewed by account. my question is how do i renew a 3yr account in 1yr. even if it was due it would...

When I first signed up, I had email issues right away. Those were fixed within a few hours.I am very happy with manashosting....
