R/Sir, I have been previously complaining my mobile service provider of being receiving unknown and spam calls from Pakistan. I have launched a complaint in call centre to spam such numbers. Yet I am receiving unknown calls from them. No matter I won't answer them at all but I literally frustrated from such calls. I am also receiving missed calls from them. Kindly do the needful.

I am using SIM of Idea company. My number is [protected]. Idea Company has deducted Rs.5/- talktime on 30.03.2013 , without any cause or intimation. I did not get activate any kind of service, then why my talktime has been deducted. Please get credited back the balance of Rs.5/- and stop all services, if any activated on my SIM....

I have vodofone prepaid mobile number. My services have been disconnected as according to them "I am an non-user". I don't understand why? Without giving any notice via SMS or email, how can they do so? When I try calling their customer care, it takes ages to get connected and talk to someone and then they disconnect without answering the query.
Please suggest what should I do?

This is regarding my mobile number portability application to Reliance GSA Pre-paid connection.
I applied for it on 26-May-2012 and submitted customer application form along with my documents like xerox copy of driving licence, pan card, electric for for current month. I sent a number of mails to Smart Customer Complaint in the internet. One day a customer service lady phoned me and promised to discontinue this service, but situation remained unchanged. Trust, this is ridiculous.
