My complaint description : sir I ordered graphite xl daul SIM 4G smartphone and this company sent me Nokia keypad mobile .sir they are cheating with me.sir you can check their website that saw loop 6t mobile and sending other local phone.they cheated lots of people sir take action opposite this company fast. and fast for refund pressure on this company.
Guys take steps for solve this problems and give us justice ...

I have ordered you for Graphite XL - 4G smartphone but I have not receive same as that mobile (Nokia C5-03)( which is damaged )...
So you have to return it or replace it ...

I order for graphite xl dual sim 4G and they deliver me Nokia old bar phone.
On that site any where not have terms and conditions are not on site and also return choice there was fraud website do not buy from that (mobyle.in) site it will be fraud site.
I buy 4g phone and get Nokia phone.

I thought " cash on delivery pe product check Karne tak delivery boy waha Khada hona chahiye agar product defective ya Dusara...

Section 420 in the indian penal code deals with cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery r
On cheating me for the deliver of the smart phone u had sent me nokia phone

Mail se bhi koi repali nhi de rhe hai 48hrs se jyada time ho gya hai...

I ordered a Nokia 3310 4G mobile on 19 June 2018, through the commercial site Mobyle.in ([protected]@gmail.com) with Order No.:#MBYL7735 for Rs.2199. The photo displayed was that of an original Nokia 3310(image attached). I further told them to cancel the order if it is not original Nokia 3310. They call me from the mobile no. [protected] (which is switched off now) and confirmed that it is original Nokia...
