Modern Gas Agency Complaints & Reviews
Kindly explain the detail charge of DBC connection. agency owner recieved rs2800/- and no reciept of such amount doesn't given. the paper of connection itself mention rs1450/-only. Alongwith connection agency provide a cyilender trolly mrp 325/- and a gas lighter mrp 125/-.
pls justify as above mentioned...

1. I surrender my gas along with empty cylinder, regulator with bond on 08.06.2015 at the counter. They refused to give the reciept of it and instructed me to come on 10.06.2015 or give authorisation to some other to recieve money.

Dear Sir,
I, myself Shiromani Mishra S/o Shri Kaushal Kishore Mishra, resident of 641, “C” , Block Shyam Nagar, is an user of the Indane Gas.
I use to take the facilities of gas services from Modern Gas Agency( Dealer of Indane Gas), ownered by Mr. Harsha Tiwari 34-C 200 Ft. Road Shyam Nagar, Kanpur 208003 (Phone[protected] [protected]).
I have some critical queries about the working of this agency...

Modern Gas Agency — harassment in booking for refilling
sir,
I am one of your customer using Indane Gas.My distributor have provide phone booking facility but whenever we try to book our refill on phone his phone is always giving us an engage tone.to day i have tried from 10.30A.M to 2.30P.M and continiously i get engage tone then I rush to my staff to book the cylinder at their office. I would like to say that please provide us a facility that we can book for refill online and on phone easily as HP.Hope you will start this facility very soon.
