When ordered the ad assured the product would be received within 7-10 days.
12 days later the product still has not shipped. The product is in CHINA! Although they have no tracking number, hey CLAIM it has shipped "just waiting for a tracking number". I tried to cancel the order due to the lies and misrepresentations. They claim it cannot be cancelled since it has shipped!

BUYER BEWARE! This is a distrustful company...

I ordered a product from this company and their website says delivery within 10-14 days of order if in the US. They said I would receive updates about shipping. I tried to see where the order was and it still says processing. That was 7 days ago. I tried to contact customer support and all you get is an email saying they will get back with you. I tried calling the 1-800 number and the automated system hung up on me. They had no problem charging...

Have not yet received the package i ordered since september and in fact i was informed that my package went to venezuela although my address clearly states trinidad and tobago. I would like my money back please. I have been waiting a long time and even though the company is aware that the package is undelivered no one seems to be doing anything about it.
