I transferred INR 5000 from my credit card to MOM Wallet (Money on Mobile) two years ago. After that I tried to login to my account but unable to login. When I checked with their customer Care team they replied that they had some technical issues which will be sorted very soon. So far I have checked every day but unable to login into my account. I kindly request you to transfer my money into registered mobile number...

I need help to get my money back from the moneyonmobile wallet which amounts to Rs. 13000. I have been trying since the last year and there is no response from the company so far and even the agent of the company is not responding well. Please help me get back my money....

I'am using mom wallet and i was add the amount 5000/- rupees in wallet, its was blocked in wallet last one year. I was tried so many times for login but it was shown service unavailable. Please considered my request and do the needful.

With respect i inform you that. Last one year not working my company id (Money on mobile retailor). So my wallet money is not getting any benefit. My id no - (Intrnt000588) registared phone no [protected]. And the amount of my wallet money is rs (Account balance : 13981.50).
There for i requested you if possible please move my wallet money flight option to recharge option. And i hope to start a business with you again....

Having its office address c/o 533 patwardan house linking road, bandra, west mumbai 400052 for last 3 years as retailer. From may 2019 that company is not proving any services to their retailers or distributors. Money on mobile company blocked whole amount lying in wallet accounts of all retailers...

My self yadwinder singh attached with money on mobile with last 1 years as a retailer, but from may 2019 that company not provide any services to their retailers. All india level person who attached with money on mobile company all members amount blocked in company wallet.
From last three months neither company starts their services properly nor any satisfactory answer how company start their services. My retailers amount 33783.52...

All india level person who attached with money on mobile company all members amount blocked in company wallet.

They told that we are calling from sbi credit card dept. Chennai and asked me to increase the limit of my credit card.
After that i got 3 messages at my mobile of rs. 500. 00, 5000. 00 and 24846. 00 transaction has been done through my credit card....

I had tried to transfer through a money on mobile retailer to punjab national bank on 22/06/2015 & after 1 month that amount not credited to bank account or refunded to my mobile wallet, & in emergency matter ihad transferred via oxigen wallet to that account on 24/06/2015, & that amount instant credited to bank account, & the money on mobile team says, 24 th 4000 rupees credited from money on mobile & cant refund the amount, what cheating...

OFTEN MISBEHAVES CLIENTS OVER TELEPHONE.

I HAVE ALSO READ ABOUT HIS MISBEHAVIOUR ON FACE BOOK.

HOW THE COMPANY IS TOLERATING HIM....
